Warranty terms for end users – electronic devices

 

  • Compliance with EU law:
    Products offered by Laroy Group comply with applicable European Union legislation, including consumer protection requirements.

 

  • Legal guarantee (statutory rights):
    Under applicable consumer law, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of at least two (2) years from the date of delivery for goods that do not conform to the contract. This legal guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal conditions of use.

 

  • Commercial warranty (additional to legal rights): 
    This warranty is a commercial warranty provided by Laroy Group NV and is granted in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. The legal guarantee remains free of charge and fully applicable. The commercial warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use, subject to the exclusions listed below. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery to the consumer.”

 

  • Warranty coverage and exclusions:

    • improper use, misuse or negligence

    • water exposure (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

    • normal wear and tear

    • unauthorised repair, modification or intervention by third parties

 

  • Have a claim or a product question?

    For statutory legal guarantee claims, please contact the retailer or point of sale where you purchased the product. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

     

    For product use, installation, maintenance or troubleshooting, please first consult the manual and the product information available via the QR code or on our website.


    If further support is required, the retailer or point of sale can contact us through the usual channels.

 

  • Your repair, replacement or reimbursement:

    Where a defect is confirmed and the claim is valid within the applicable warranty period, Laroy Group will:

    • repair the product, or

    • replace the product, or

    • provide a refund

      The chosen remedy will depend on the specific circumstances and legal requirements.

 

  • Territorial scope: This warranty applies within the European Union.
